• To generate and deliver ad creatives based on your brand inputs.
• To store your brands, generations, and images so you can access them across sessions.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To improve the quality and reliability of our AI generation pipeline.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets).

3. Third-Party Services

CreoAds relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Google AI (Gemini) — AI image generation and editing.
• Anthropic AI (Claude) — AI-assisted copy and prompt generation.
• Razorpay — payment processing for credit purchases.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

Your account data, brand information, and generated images are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

5. Your Rights

• Delete your account: you can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. This will remove all your data from our systems.
• Export your data: you can download your generated images directly from the platform at any time.
• Access and correction: you can view and update your account information from your profile settings.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit, secure cloud storage for uploaded assets and generated images, and access controls on internal systems. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. If you become aware of any security vulnerability, please report it to privacy@creoads.ai.

7. Cookies

CreoAds uses minimal cookies strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as our cookies are essential for the service to function.

8. International Users

CreoAds is operated from India. If you are accessing the service from outside India, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using CreoAds, you consent to such transfers. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data.
